Who We Are
On Air Ireland is run by John Cunningham from Windgap, Co. Kilkenny. Our guides are written and edited by Conor Walsh.
Where We’re Based
On Air Ireland is based in Co. Kilkenny, Ireland. We write specifically for Irish viewers — pricing, availability, and legal requirements (like the TV licence) can differ from the UK or elsewhere, and being based here means we’re checking against what’s actually true for Ireland, not assuming it matches other markets.
Our Approach
We only cover services and devices that are legally available in Ireland. When we’re not certain about a current price, an app’s exact menu wording, or a broadcast rights detail, we say so directly in the guide rather than guess — accuracy matters more to us than looking polished. If you spot something that’s gone out of date, we want to know.
